After we figured no one would say no to a whole softshell crab in a wrap, we proceed to slather it in salted egg yolk sauce, and packed it with fried mantou pieces, spring onions and jasmine rice.
It's that secret, mystery dish, found only in your ricebowl at the end of a zichar meal. Created by all the tasty bits and sauces that have fallen on it over the course of the meal.
